Dylan Emerson Wilbanks founded the Wilbanks Law Firm to help people in his hometown of Commerce and the Jackson area. He saw that residents needed assistance with their probate and business contract needs and knew his experience would benefit the residents of Jackson and Banks counties.

Dylan served as an assistant district attorney in the Jackson County District Attorney’s office. He worked as a civil trial attorney before starting his own firm. With the experience he gained as a prosecutor and trial lawyer, he can ensure his clients get the best outcome possible.

Dylan is also very involved with his community, having served on many boards of directors throughout the area.
