Dylan Emerson Wilbanks

Dylan Wilbanks is the founder of Wilbanks Law Firm, a practice he built in his hometown.  He litigates cases throughout the state and Southeast, and focuses his practice on three areas:  helping people in his local courts with traffic and probate matters, assisting businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, such as contract or construction disputes or judgment collection, and helping those who have been injured through the negligence of another.  
Born in Georgia, Dylan obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and received his law degree from the University of Georgia.  
In addition to his legal practice, Dylan is actively engaged in his community and has served on the executive board of the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce, the board of Jackson County Water and Sewer Authority, and the board for the Commerce Downtown Development Authority.  Dylan also has been President of the Commerce Kiwanis Club and the Commerce Area Business Association. 
Dylan is admitted to practice in Georgia’s state and federal courts trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Claims Court.  He has been admitted pro hac vice to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Kentucky and for Puerto Rico.  
Dylan lives in Commerce with his wife, Lisa.
